Frequently asked questions

Courier delivery questions, answered

Pricing, tracking, signatures, refunds and coverage — everything you need to know before you book a same-day delivery.

How much does a same-day delivery cost?

Delivery is priced per mile, by vehicle type. The miles counted are the driver's trip to your pickup, the delivery itself and the return to the pickup, plus any tolls at cost. Your quote shows every line before you pay. Current standard rates: $1.50 per mile by car, $2.00 by cargo van and $4.00 by box truck.

Which vehicle should I choose?

Choose a car for documents, parcels and small boxes up to 100 lb, a cargo van for multiple boxes or furniture up to 3,000 lb, and a box truck for pallets and large freight up to 10,000 lb.

How do I pay?

You can pay with PayPal or with a credit or debit card. You are only charged after you accept your quote.

Can I track my package?

Yes. As soon as the driver picks up your package and the sender signs, you can follow the driver on a live map in your account. Tracking ends automatically when the package is delivered, to protect the driver's privacy.

What proof of delivery do I get?

Every order has a waybill. The sender signs and types their name at pickup and the recipient does the same at drop-off. You can download the signed waybill PDF from your account.

How long are waybills and signatures kept?

Waybills and signatures are kept for one year after delivery and are then permanently deleted.

What if no driver is available?

If no driver accepts your delivery, it is cancelled and your payment is refunded in full automatically. You can also cancel for a full refund while we are still looking for a driver.

Is my package covered?

Coverage is limited to $100 per package for loss, theft or destruction. If your shipment is worth more, please buy third-party insurance before you send it.

What can't I send?

Nothing hazardous, illegal in nature or illegal to transport. You are responsible for what you ship, and drivers may refuse prohibited items.

What if my shipment needs a permit?

Mark it as needing a permit when you book and give the driver two copies at pickup: one travels with the shipment and one is kept by the driver.
